Comcast Cable has risen to become the largest telecommunication company in the Unites States since it began in 1963. Its offerings have expanded to include broadband telephone, broadband internet, and digital televisions. The history of Comcast Cable

Comcast was founded in Tupelo, Mississippi by Daniel Aaron, Julian A. Brodsky, and Ralph J Roberts but was originally known as American Cable Systems. Then in 1969, they moved the company headquarters to Pennsylvania and became known as the Comcast Corporation.

With the move came the company's drive to realign their programming and as a result of those efforts, Comcast joined with a few other companies and became major shareholders of Comcast SportsNet, Comcast-Spectator, E!
